I had such a great experience working with Janitzza at Urbana Apartments! From the very beginning, she was professional, attentive, and incredibly welcoming. She took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. This place is absolutely beautiful! The video does not do it justice. I had a tour with Maria this week and I was blown away. The attention to detail they put into this place is just awesome! Maria was great and made me feel right at home, literally! Check out Urbana if you are in the area, it does not disappoint.

This property is outstanding! Conveniently located in the heart of Chula Vista as well. It is a brand new and has that beautiful modern touch to it. I have watched them build this place as soon as they started construction and I can’t wait to set up a tour! This place looks awesome!

What you see is what you get!!! Most properties hype up their websites to lure you in and waste your time on searching for what is right for you. Urbana delivered on what they displayed on their website and in a way seemingly downplayed how excellent Urbana is. To top it off the Leasing office is amazing. Urbana has invigorated the apartment living experience and set the standard for what is to come.

We’re lucky to call this place home. Everything about Urbana has been perfect for us! We are so comfortable in our new unit and love spending time in the community areas. Our dog has enjoyed the DogWash center as well.
