I wanted to share my amazing move-in experience with you, and thank Maria for the best customer service that I’ve experienced in years! I moved from Seattle to Chula Vista and needed to leave my job in Seattle on Tuesday and start my new job in Chula Vista on Wednesday. With CV19 and starting a new job, organizing a move was especially difficult. All of the buildings that I looked at asked that I bring in cashier’s checks for the deposit and first month rent which was especially difficult given the situation. I asked each building if there was an online solution and each building representative told me No, except for Maria who told me that she would speak to you to see if there was a way for me to pay online. I can’t thank you both enough for allowing me to pay online. It saved me hours of stress trying to find a branch of my bank that would be open and available to meet me in person after my working hours, M-F 9-5pm. As a result, I was able to move in this weekend without that added stress. If you are able to put the entire payment process online for others, it is something that no other building is doing. Online payment for deposits and 1st month makes a huge difference for people like me who are limited on time. It can be a big selling point.

Maria’s overall customer service skills are exceptional. She went out of her way to send me videos of apartments that I was interested in. She gave me an in-person tour of a couple of apartments to choose from. We visited the gym, mail room, bike rack, animal wash, parking area and all of the beautiful shared spaces at Urbana. Maria was professional and made my apartment search at Urbana fun and special. I can’t thank Maria, you and your team enough for making this move as effortless as possible. Choosing Urbana over the other buildings in the area was easy.

Urbana is an exceptionally beautiful building and I am super excited to live here.

This place is absolutely beautiful! The video does not do it justice. I had a tour with Maria this week and I was blown away. The attention to detail they put into this place is just awesome! This property is outstanding! Conveniently located in the heart of Chula Vista as well. It is a brand new and has that beautiful modern touch to it. I have watched them build this place as soon as they started construction and I can’t wait to set up a tour! This place looks awesome!

What you see is what you get!!! Most properties hype up their websites to lure you in and waste your time on searching for what is right for you. Urbana delivered on what they displayed on their website and in a way seemingly downplayed how excellent Urbana is. To top it off the Leasing office is amazing. Urbana has invigorated the apartment living experience and set the standard for what is to come.

We’re lucky to call this place home. Everything about Urbana has been perfect for us! We are so comfortable in our new unit and love spending time in the community areas. Our dog has enjoyed the DogWash center as well.
